Patrick Lanctot
Cinematographer/ Editor/ Producer
Patrick is a Loyalist College TV Production grad. He started his career in Toronto working as a freelance film editor as well as a post production facility manager for Gun For Hire Post and Plug N Play Rentals. He specializes in Avid Media Composer edit systems and has consulted for Lion’s Gate Films on major motion pictures such as American Psycho, American Psycho II and Miramax’s Serendipity just to name a few. After years of consulting and managing post production facilities he accepted a full time position with CBC as a senior video editor. In 2008 he left Toronto to live in Cape Breton and took a short break from film and tv to pursue other interests and business opportunities. Today, Patrick is the owner of Spectra71 Films since it’s incorporation in 2015 and is involved in all aspects of film from editing, cinematography, producing as well as drone cinematography. He is currently editing the feature length documentary “Let It Burn” about Winnipeg Metis artist Arlea Ashcroft and just finished colour grading Director Dawn Well’s six part series “Creepy Cape Breton” for Bell Fibe in which he also was one of the cinematographers.
Vivian Sound

Vivian is a Sheridan College alumni and has been an audio engineer, sound editor and designer for almost 3 decades. She’s a triple threat in the world of theatre, television and now film, as a behind-the-scenes creator and collaborator. Spectra71 Films is the perfect environment for her to nurture and accelerate her skills as an independent producer and filmmaker.
